Within 14 days of delivery of your product, you can send it back if you don’t like it or changed your mind. There are a few rules for this:
- The product must be undamaged and in the original package/seal. This is to ensure we can sell it again.
- We need to know it when you send something back. Please send us an email at email@example.com to let us know. We don’t need any further explanation, but of course it is nice to know why you are unhappy about the product so we can make it better in the future.

- Please add a note (or the original packing slip) with your name, order number and bank account info so we can send the money back to the right person. We will do this within 14 days after receiving the package.
